- Service fee, payment plan, terms of payment, sanctions
- Relationship between parties and confidentiality
- Limits of liability and sanctions
- Settlement bodies in case of a conflict
- Authorized people by parties and their signatures
- Other matters deemed appropriate by parties.
- Work is not started until the employment contract is drawn up
- There is no negotiation in business and matters against public decency and code of business.
